Is there a training program? If so, what type of training will I receive?
Yes.
After acceptance of your license agreement, you will receive comprehensive training through our Oomph! Coffee System. This informative course covers every aspect of operations needed in making superior coffee.
Training takes place in one of our sites and has large amounts of intense in-store experience. The focus is on an intimate relationship with coffee and understanding of coffee and its parameters.
We call it extreme, because you will be taught coffee properly. It’s a lot of fun, and is confidence building.
You will receive our Operations Manual at this time. This has a complete guide to store operations.
